EWG Universal Translator ("Bot", "Service") is a Discord application that provides real-time message translation using Google Cloud Translation and LibreTranslate.

2. License Tiers

2.1 — Free Tier

Available for personal use, non-commercial communities, and entities operating fewer than 3 Discord servers.

2.2 — Business License

Required for any company, organization, commercial entity, or user operating 3 or more servers. Current rate: $500 USD / year covering up to 5 servers. Contact sales@ever-watchful.com for 6+ servers.

2.3 — Grandfathered Access

10 Square Games S.A. and all Discord servers owned or operated by 10 Square Games as of May 12, 2026 receive lifetime free access to all current and future features. Beta test servers added before June 1, 2026 retain free access to features available during their beta period.

3. User Conduct

You may not use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. EWG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.

4. Webhook & DM Disclosure

Translations appear via Discord webhooks labeled "via EWG Translator" to prevent user impersonation. If you set a language with /setlang, you may receive DM translations. Use /dmoff to opt out at any time.

5. Enterprise Features

Server admins may link existing language-specific threads for automatic translation routing via !tr_linkthreads. The Bot does not create channels or threads. The company is responsible for all thread management.

6. Termination & Changes

• We may terminate access for violation of these terms.
• Business licenses are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Free tier access may be modified with 30 days' notice.
• Grandfathered access is irrevocable.
